We all have lived under Brezhnev, Andropov, Chernenko and Gorbachev's (Perestroika reforms). But that was a different country. We are totally different country today and the debate who is more liberal or authoritarian among Putin or Medvedev is useless. There cannot be a return to the Soviet past
