The government has already marginalized political parties, created a waxwork of parliament and is finishing a waxwork of independent media. The only thing left is the NGO community.
This option does not suit us, because we have a very international team. A decade ago it would have been hard to imagine what is happening now. It would have looked like an anti-utopia.
The problem is that, first of all, the investigations, and detentions, and arrests were conducted with massive violations of procedural rules of international standards. And, the second is that the government does its best to avoid investigations [and findings] of guilt of servicemen [local police and troops] who participated in the massacre.
